This file was moved to transport/ directory in 1d6dd98 and then brought back in duplicate under db/ in 32c0c0e, presumably due to a merge conflict. We should remove the unused file and check if 32c0c0e introduced any changes that weren't reflected in the version under transport/ - I don't think it did since it also modified the version under transport/, but we should confirm that.
