      Once SPM-2880 delivers the FLEFindTextPayload, we will be able to finish the server rewrite work for $encStrContains.

      Goals for this task:

      • Implement TextSearchPredicate::generateTags() for ExpressionEncStrContains.
      • Implement ExpressionEncStrContains::evaluate() (this is our runtime evaluation during a column scan).
      • Perform end to end testing of $encStrEndContains, in supported read commands:
        • Add to existing test file created for $encStrStartsWith (i.e fle2/text_seach_end_to_end.js
