This case in the random DDL FSM test isn't generating a random namespace like the others, so we might be missing some testing coverage for untrackUnshardedCollection.

The work to fix the ticket has been shown the command was never tested on tracked unsharded collection for the mentioned test.
The test must run an unshardedCollection command before untracking to ensure the collection to be untracked.
