One feature that would help the C2C team run a suite across multiple evergreen tasks is to be able to have a specific task only run a fraction of the tests in a suite. For example, resmoke should take two parameers: The number of partitions and which partition it is running, and should be able to run the subset of tasks corresponding to the partition it is assigned. In this way it should be trivial to split a resmoke suite across any number of partitions by creating multiple tasks and changing only the value of a single environment variable / expansion for each partitioned task.
