We need to make sure we did not introduce any noticeable performance regressions while working on intent registration which replaces the RSTL. We should find some locust workloads in DSI and run them with and without the feature flag on a good number of times to get confidence we haven't introduced any regressions in performance on the read path, write path, or during state transitions.
