As of SERVER-97142, the ScopedDebugInfo for the shard key diagnostic logging for mongos bulkWrite commands is declared at the point of targeting individual commands to the shards. This should be moved earlier, to where we create the NSTargeters for each write in the bulkWrite here. Note that this will also require modifying the printer to accept multiple shard keys/namespaces at once. (Alternatively, maybe we can create a new printer for the mongos bulkWrite command that can do this specifically.)
