Currently the s8 tests can be run by any suite and as a result we need to run multiversion setup for every suite (which involves downloading several different binaries). This is causing heavy traffic to evergreen resulting in some slowdowns (DEVPROD-15957 and DEVPROD-15891). To reduce traffic to evergreen, we should move s8 tests to the multiVersion folder and only have them be run by an s8 specific suite. This will reduce passthrough coverage but that should be fine because the current s8 tests are just targeted tests where passthrough coverage does not provide much additional value relative to the cost.
