timeseries_explain_delete.js is not resilient to stepdowns

      The execution stats that get checked in the test may be incomplete if a stepdown interrupts the explain. We could tag the test with does_not_support_stepdowns, or alternatively we could skip these assertions if the result has executionSuccess set to false.
