Add mongo and OCSF audit tests behind load balancer for standalone and replset

      Currently, audit_remote_local_intermediate.js and ocsf_remote_local_intermediate.js only run on sharded clusters when a load balancer is used. In order to ensure that mongod's proxy protocol support is correctly reflected on the audit logs, we should also test on standalone and replica sets behind the load balancer.
