Prevent $listClusterCatalog tests from running in multiversion

      SERVER-102582 and SERVER-102543 updated the $listClusterCatalog behavior, but forgot to disable the affected tests on multiversion suites.
      Therefore, the goal of this ticket is to update the etc/backports_required_for_multiversion_tests.yml file to prevent $listClusterCatalog tests from running on multiversion suites until their backport is completed.
