      1. Add message.timeout.ms in allowedSinkConfigurations
      2. Default message.timeout.ms to 60 seconds. Add a feature flag on our side to set this.
      3. Put     setConf("message.timeout.ms", "30000"); above the call to setKafkaConnectionConfigurations
