This test can fail when an update is applied to a measurement in a bucket whose time field, when rounded down by granularity, is in a different chunk range than the original bucket. The bug is documented in SERVER-102745 and that ticket should implement the long-term fix for this behavior, but as a temporary measure (since this test, and measurement-level update support for time-series collections, are behind a feature flag) we will disabled the test.
