The test secondary_read_killed_by_range_deletion_on_inital_cmd.js had to disable the test cases where $out runs with a concurrent migration and 'snapshot' read concern because the error 15959 was hit.

The goal of this ticket is to understand the issue and to file the necessary tickets to be able to enable these test cases on secondary_read_killed_by_range_deletion_on_inital_cmd.js.
