8.2 will be the first server branch cut after the implementation of automation around coverity scanning and ticket creation. The work in DEVPROD-15715 should ensure that scanning for 8.2 is set up correctly automatically upon branch cut, but we should do a one-time manual verification to ensure that this has worked as expected.
