Many of the memory tracking tests that we will add will follow a similar pattern. For example: for each stage we're adding memory tracking to, we need to write tests for running a pipeline and then getting the maximum memory used from the slow query log, running a pipeline and then getting the profiler entries, and so on.

We can refactor these out into a utils file, which our memory tracking tests will import to make sharing code and writing tests easier.
