Network error override does not retry explain commands interrupted on sharded clusters

      network_error_and_txn_override.js handles explain commands that report an executionSuccess of false by retrying them. However, this does not currently work if the explain was executed against a sharded cluster because the executionSuccess field will not be at the top level of the executionStats.
