SERVER-101416 introduced warnings (and errors during testing) for acquisitions which should change the read source to last applied but do not since there is already a stashed version of the catalog with no timestamp as the read source. This is only a warning in production as there would be no real workaround for any query which is doing this (though we don't know of any). This ticket is to enable user assertions in this case once we have had the warning in production long enough to be confident the error will not cause issues.
