Most of the core timeseries test are explicitly disabled from running in sharded_collections_jscore_passthrough_with_config_transitions.

The goal of this ticket is to investigate if it is possible to re-add those test to the config transition suite, or at least use an exclusio tags instead of explcitely listing all the timeseries tests in that suite.
