Each async collector has the same timeout but some (i.e. serverStatus) may need to be longer than others. This will allow us to increase the timeout for only certain collectors while still ensuring that the sum of each collector timeout is less than the FTDC sampling period. 

We should investigate if this is needed after SERVER-100999 and make the changes if so.
