For sharded aggregate, there are two possible ways that the command (for the shards) gets constructed on the router, depending on whether the pipeline needs to be split or not. One of them calls CommandHelpers::filterCommandRequestForPassthrough in order to strip out the generic command arguments that should not be forwarded, but the other does not.
