_shardsvrJoinDDLCoordinators essentially calls ShardingDDLCoordinatorService::waitForOngoingCoordinatorsToFinish. There could be a situation in which, after waiting for DDLs to drain, the primary is no longer primary due to some split brain scenario. A noop majority write before returning from the command would solve the issue.
