All SP owned files should be listed in modules_poc/modules.yaml. Use the instructions in https://github.com/10gen/mongo/tree/master/modules_poc#showing-assigned-and-unassigned-files to find SP files which aren't yet in modules.

Part of the motivation is making sure the instructions given are clear enough to hand other teams the job of listing their own files in modules. If the instructions are unclear, please update them.

Also just noticed that modules_pos/modules.yaml has the same name as the modules.yaml file dumped in the mongo root by the instructions, despite being structurally different. This is confusing and should probably be fixed.
