      The RawResponsesResult::appendRawResponses utility function attaches the response or error status of each shard via the shard connection string to a top-level field named raw in the output.

      If a shard returns a write concern error, the utility also attaches this error to the top level (similar to ok or code).

      The goal of this ticket is to attach the write concern error even if the command fails on a shard.
