One of the first things I looked for when I started was what sets up install-dist-test in SCons, but it's fairly hard to figure out just by looking at the code base because there isn't a text reference to install-dist-test itself. The install- prefix is added programmatically. Add comments around the install targets to make it easier to search for what defines the commonly used aliases.
