There exists many different suites/tests/passthrough suites for multiversion and upgrade/downgrade but some are in generated suites and some are owned by different teams. And there are many different scenarios that should be tested (e.g. mixed binary version clusters, upgraded binary but downgraded FCV, etc)

It could be helpful to just document what already exists and this would help with identifying gaps too
