Introduce QueryShapeRepresentativeQuery IDL type and 'config.queryShapeRepresentativeQueries' namespace

      Introduce the 'QueryShapeRepresentativeQuery' IDL type responsible for storing query shape hash to representative queries mappings. The hash will be stored as the _id field, while the original user query will be stored under the .representativeQuery field.

      Additionally, introduce the new reserved namespace named config.queryShapeRepresentativeQueries.
