      See SERVER-103941 for an example of the problem: in that ticket we found and corrected an owner listed as `query-execution-router` when in fact it should have been `10gen/query-execution-router`. Ideally there would be some linter or test suite which fails if a non-existent team or non-existent username is listed under the approvers. That way we don't really on people manually spotting mis-spellings, and mistakes when phasing out old team names or old approvers will be easier to catch.
