Currently, we only test clientSourceAuthenticationRestrictionMode when it is set to origin. We are unable to test that it works correctly with a load balancer when set to peer because the mock proxy protocol server does not support specifying an outbound local IP address to bind to that differs from the one used by the mongo shell itself.

We should change the mock proxy protocol server to achieve this so that the test can cover this case as well.
