DeadlineGuard in _runWithDbMetadataLockDeadline pushes an artificial deadline, i.e., dbMetadataLockMaxTimeMS, and returns an ExceededTimeLimit error if the deadline was exceeded. However, we observed the guard return a MaxTimeMSExpired error instead of the requested ExceededTimeLimit error.
