      1. Adjust probability of failure so that failpoints are weighted equally.
      2. Expand the tests in the added in https://github.com/10gen/mongo/pull/35422
      3. Add failpoints in kafka source and sink code
      4. Amend commonTest to support failure injection with Kafka source
      5. Make commonTest work with real kafka source
      6. Make commonTest work with Kafka sink? (Probably better in a separate ticket)
