      After SERVER-103653, both 'createRecordStore()' and 'getRecordStore' will no longer depend on 'CollectionOptions'. At which point, StorageEngineImpl::loadDurableCatalog() (and methods exclusively called by the 'loadDurableCatalog') should be points in storage_engine_impl.cpp which depend on 'CollectionOptions'.
