With the addition of sub level error codes, we are now able to obtain more context around errors. However, a lot of this gets handled internally and the sub level error codes are not revealed to users. In some instances, such as the linked BF this can still result in vagueness around the error.

This ticket will investigate including the context of the sub level error code (if we have one) in the s we return in wtRCToStatus_slow.
