The _shardsvrNotifyShardingEvent  internal command is used by Sharding DDL coordinators to trigger the generation of specific no-op oplog entries on participant nodes and drive the activity of V2 change stream readers.

The objective of this ticket is to verify that its current implementation is compliant with the "Replay Protection Protocol" for resiliency to split brain and request loss scenarios.
