Hi there, we are aiming to have all single tests in required patch builds finish in under 12 minutes. api_params_nontransaction_sharded.js is currently running at 13.4 minutes according to this honeycomb query. Please investigate and decide whether the test performance can be improved or should be split so that it doesn't stretch the total patch build completion time.
