While performing maintenance on a node in a replica set, the Atlas automation agent first sets the nodes priority to 0, preventing it from becoming a primary. The agent fails to set the priority back to the previous value after maintenance. This can cause replica sets to become degraded over time since all nodes can eventually have priority zero meaning the replica set will never have a primary.
