In timeseries collections, we add some additional fields (validator, clusteredIndex) to the collection options at creation time. Because the collections options returned by listCollections should match the ones passed to createCollection, those should be filtered out by the listCollections logic.

In legacy "viewful" timeseries collections, this is achieved by the listCollections logic filtering the collections options according to the list in kAllowedCollectionCreationOptions.

We should implement an equivalent mechanism for viewless timeseries.
