Implement unit tests for accuracy of the sampling CE. Reuse and adapt if possible the tests developed for histogram CE.

Measure the accuracies of sampling CE module under different data distributions, collection size and types
Test different configurations (e.g., data distribution, sample size, sampling technique)
Test both CE methods (i.e., point and range queries)
