long_secondary_reads.js creates 2000 documents on the beginning of the test. If concurrency_sharded_stepdown_terminate_kill_primary_with_balancer suite starts the stepdown during it, it fails with

Check if it's possible to solve this case and enable the test again. For example to insert documents during initialization of the test, that worker threads can access the collection from the sessions
