Extend SERVER-105625 to validate that:

• A recording can be started on a mongos, as part of a normal sharded cluster
• Recording files are created
• Mongor (or native method equivalent) can replay the files against a new mongos

All the same validation will be required; it may be useful to generalise the test infra at this point to allow tests to be run on each of the "classes" of cluster (standalone, sharded, replicaset).
