The replay client should only start connections to the shadow cluster when the corresponding session started in the original "timeline".

That is, it is not suitable for mongor to spawn all connections ahead of time, or at some other unspecified timepoints.

Similarly, sessions should end at the corresponding point in time to the original timeline.
