Hi there, we are aiming to have all single tests in required patch builds finish in under 12 minutes. release_memory_in_transaction.js is currently topping out at 38 minutes according to this https://ui.honeycomb.io/mongodb-4b/environments/production/datasets/resmoke/result/g2oTG7DTCWg?vs=hideCompare&tab=overview. Please investigate and decide whether the test performance can be improved or should be split so that it doesn't stretch the total patch build completion time.
