As a follow up from SERVER-104401, it became clear that a DocumentSourceGroup can inherit a lot of properties from previous a DSGroup instance during a rewrite. It's not feasible to keep expanding the `create` method with multiple parameters as it becomes difficult to maintain and bloated.

Adding a static `copy` method to DSGroup would be more intuitive and ensures more consistency.
