The time in which a command is recorded needs to be normalized in mongor time and then if any command that is recorded has a timestamp that is past the current time, needs to be executed with the right delay.
Commands that are behind current timestamp are not usually a problem, they can be executed, since their order will be guaranteed be the processing queue, from where the executing thread will read.
