The "load" and "fuzz" tests are susceptible to flaky network issues on slower distros-- reduce the number of connections created for the "fuzz" tests, and remove the "loadTest", as the jstest infrastructure is not designed to handle this many connections, which leads to flakiness + test slowdowns. I've filed PERF-6888 to add proper load testing support for the proxy protocol.
