trace_missing_docs_tests.js fails on mci builder in auth passthrough mode

      The jstests/sharding/trace_missing_docs_test.js uses the local database (.oplog.rs, .oplog.$main) to verify if certain writes went through. Seems like using the local database isn't authorized in particular buildbot configurations.
