      Change stream readers V2 require Sharding DDL operations to follow a specific sequence of steps and constraints as part of their commit, which includes the generation of pre and post commit op log entries from one of the shards bearing data for the targeted namespace(s).

      The objective of this ticket is to adapt the current logic of CreateCollectionCoordinator to such constraints.
