New entries are added to the registry upon construction of new mutex objects. The registry is then consulted by the collector to generate contention reports. New unit-tests will ensure:

• Mutex objects can be added to the registry.
• The registry handles deleted mutex objects.
• The registry supports adding entries with identical tags.
