We recently changed the logic for resharding to enter the critical section to prevent prematurely entering the critical section.

Now some resharding fuzzer tests are hitting the 10 minute assert.soon default timeout when waiting for the critical section to begin.

These variants are all debug/tsan/aubsan so maybe there is a way to decrease the number of fuzzer steps generated for these variants.

Otherwise we can increase the assert.soon timeout to handle this.
