Similar to the work done as part of PM-412 Persistent Query Settings, accessing this collection will be restricted to users with the querySettings privilege action which is included in the clusterAdmin built-in authorization role.
In order to ensure that the collection can only be accessed by users with specified permissions, the corresponding tests will be added to the auth/lib/commands_lib.js test file.
