Change test inclusion approach for jscore passthrough viewless tiemeseries suites.

Instead of explicitly listing in the suites definition all the tests that will run in these suites, we use the default roots of the base suites to include everything by default, and then we exclude only specific tests with the does_not_support_viewless_timeseries_yet tag.
